Our client, a global consulting leader (Big Four), is expanding its SAP practice and looking for an experienced professional to manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.

Youll work on large-scale implementations, guiding clients through digital HR transformation and delivering innovative solutions that enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects
• Identify client requirements and define solution architecture
• Conduct workshops and coordinate with global teams
• Configure and develop SuccessFactors EC solutions
• Manage test cycles, rollouts, and ensure quality delivery
• Support sales and presales activities
• Provide strategic advice and best practices to clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior consultants

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management, IT, Business Administration or related field
• 4 years of professional experience in SAP projects
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
