This is an internship position for a Management Graduate with a Human Resources focus at Grupo PBH, based on-site in Albufeira, Algarve.

The primary responsibilities include supporting HR operations, assisting in people-related projects, contributing to HR strategy development, analyzing HR data and indicators, and preparing reports and presentations to support management decision-making.

Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR, Operations and Management teams, participate in meetings, and gain hands-on experience in human resources management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations (onboarding, documentation, internal processes)
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes
• Contribute to HR projects related to performance, engagement, training or organizational development
• Analyze HR data and KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.)
• Prepare reports, presentations and dashboards for management
• Support the implementation of HR policies and internal procedures
• Collaborate with different departments to align people strategy with business needs

Qualifications

• Interest and foundational knowledge in Human Resources, people management and organizational processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, operational environment and ability to quickly learn new concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• (enrollment in a Master's program is preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to take on new responsibilities
