About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing legal function supporting a key business unit within the group. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide strategic legal support across commercial, contractual, and regulatory areas to key stakeholders across the business.

Duties will include:

• Delivering strategic legal advice to senior leadership on a range of commercial matters
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex high-value agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and best practices across operations
• Managing legal risk and supporting on litigation and dispute resolution
• Overseeing contract administration, approvals, and compliance procedures
• Supporting RFPs, contract execution, and international expansion from a legal perspective
• Advising on IP, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters
• Liaising with external counsel where required

About the Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced legal professional with extensive commercial legal experience, ideally with in-house exposure within the telecoms or tech sectors. Strong contract negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.
