• We are looking for an experienced Legal Contract Manager.

Description

• Act as the main point of contact for matters related to global IT and outsourcing contracts;
• Provide effective legal and commercial advice across different contractual frameworks;
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts at a global level while supporting local teams
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of contractual documentation (e.g. MSAs, SOWs), including updates to internal repositories;
• Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of legal and commercial risks;
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal governance processes;
• Provide preliminary advice in dispute situations;
• Support the interpretation and application of regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR);
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to resolve contractual matters,

Profile

• Law degree or equivalent;
• Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction;
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts, preferably within IT and outsourcing;
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks (including data protection);
• Ability to assess risk and provide pragmatic legal advice;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams;
• High level of technical accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
