Our client, a medium-sized International law firm looking to hire a Legal Assistant to support directly the Managing Partner.
Description
The main responsibilities will be:
Manage calendars and travel arrangements;
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Liaise with clients and maintain up-to-date files, records, and dossiers;
Facilitate client onboarding, invoicing, and collections;
Provide administrative support to management and assist with general office operations.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Executive Assistance, or related fields;
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in secretarial roles, preferably within the legal sector;
Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory);
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Excellent communication abilities.
