We are looking for a Business Controller to reinforce the Controlling team. The role focuses on analyzing financial data and providing insights to improve decision-making processes.

Description

• Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for the management team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Evaluate current financial and operations processes and recommend improvements.
• Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards.
• Assist in the implementation of business intelligence tools.

Profile

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or similar.
• 3-4 years experience in business analysis or controlling positions.
• Experience working with ERP and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English.
