Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. We're looking for a Learning and Development Intern to join our team in Penafiel. If you're all about learning and want to get real-world experience in corporate training, this is your chance!

What you'll get to do:

• Help create the training plan for the whole year!
• Be a super-organized admin whiz for training sessions.
• Put together awesome training materials and reports.
• Check in on trainers and trainees - make sure everyone's doing great.
• Team up on audits and certifications.

Are you the one?

• You've got a Master's degree in HR, Education, or something similar.
• You can apply for the Internship + Talento program (must-have).
• You're excited, flexible, and always up for learning new stuff.
