We are currently hiring an Lead Data Scientist

What you will do:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise with Python programming and Data Science related packages such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, SciPy NLTK, OpenCV/Pillow, Matplotlib/Plotly.
• Expertise with Deep Learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace.
• Experience with Python Web Frameworks, such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with MLOps best practices.
• Experience building GenAI solutions using LLMs, including using frameworks like LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, databases, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Your day-to-day life:

• Data Science Expertise: Analyze large volumes of data and develop ETL (Extract, transform, and load) pipelines to prepare datasets for training ML models or feed into AI applications.
• Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML and Data Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivery of significant value.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in best practices for Machine Learning development and Data Science. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Foster close collaboration across cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers.
• Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and present technical data-driven solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment between technical deliverables and strategic goals. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
