Job Title: Warehouse Procurement Specialist (Portugal)

Location

Lisbon, Portugal (or other major logistics hubs such as Porto)

Position Summary

The Warehouse Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring a wide range of goods and services required for the efficient operation of warehouse and logistics facilities in Portugal.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, quality assurance, supplier reliability, and on-time delivery, supporting both daily warehouse operations and project-based procurement activities.

Qualifications

1.1-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Operations, preferably within logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

2.Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.

3.Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, and regional/global teams.

4.Familiarity with Portuguese warehouse procurement ecosystem is a strong plus (e.g., MHE suppliers, packaging vendors, facility service providers).

Language Requirements

1.Fluent in English (written and spoken).

2.Portuguese language skills are strongly preferred.

3.Chinese language skills are a strong plus, especially for coordination with China-based teams and suppliers.
