Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, from active prospecting to deal closure, ensuring sustainable growth in both volume and margin. Act as the main point of contact, overseeing the entire sales cycle and delivering an excellent customer experience, with a focus on mobility and connected services.
Principais responsabilidades
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Actively prospect corporate and business clients in a sustained and accountable manner
- Develop networks and business leads from face to face meetings, digital channels, referrals and business meetings or sector events in the local market
- Take ownership of the business portfolio, current and new leads and projects regarding Sales to third Parties
- Conduct tailored service presentations and demos aligned with local market customer needs
- Build and present business process models, customer experience solutions and ellaborate service specifications in partnership with the Operations and IT team
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the company CRM system
- Follow up proactively with prospects, dormant leads, and past customers
- Manage renewal and loyalty outreach for customers approaching end-of-contract
- Report on personal KPIs: volume, conversion rate, average margin, and customer satisfaction
Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain deep knowledge of the full Mobility portfolio of the company, including service specifications, market technologies & pain points, and competitive positioning as well as Unique selling Proposition of the company
- Stay current on EV mobility market, charging infrastructure, incentives, and total cost of ownership in the new mobility paradox
- Monitor local competitor activity and report insights to the sales manager
- Participate actively in product training, manufacturer launches, and market events
Perfil desejado
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - not mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, BPO supplier related to mobility market, fleets or a similar B2B sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, Siebel or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of service setup structures, mobility client needs, and automotive market overall
- Familiarity with EV technology, range, and charging ecosystem
- Ability to interpret and communicate service design specifications
- Proficiency in digital sales channels (web leads, social media, automotive marketplaces)
- Team player, with ability to collaborate with the Operations Manager and IT, after-sales, and management
