Bravemind is partnering with a leading global technology consulting firm to recruit a Technical Project Manager for a regulatory-focused initiative in Portugal. This opportunity is part of a long-term collaboration with a major player in the financial services sector.

We are looking for professionals with solid experience in managing technical projects, capable of working in international environments and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects;
• Define scope, goals, deliverables and timelines in alignment with stakeholders;
• Monitor milestones, risks and dependencies, ensuring continuous progress;
• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning;
• Oversee delivery quality through testing, documentation, and post-launch support;
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management;
• Hands-on approach to project execution, with the ability to drive delivery;
• Experience in regulatory or compliance-driven projects is valued;
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written);
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
