We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to strengthen our client's recruitment team for a period of 6 to 9 months.
Description
Support the recruitment process, including conducting initial phone screenings;
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and Hiring Managers;
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process;
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize the hiring process.
Profile
Previous experience in recruitment (internship or entry-level role);
Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and self-discipline in remote work environment;
Fluency in English (minimum C1);
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
