We are looking for a Junior Rollout Optical Engineer (DWDM) to join our Team!

What are we looking for?

Recent graduate in Telecommunications Engineering or a similar technology-related field (networking, systems, etc.)

Strong willingness and ability to learn and develop skills in optical networks and DWDM engineering

Basic knowledge of optical transmission networks (DWDM is a plus)

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in Portuguese and English - both written and spoken

Capable of reading and interpreting technical documentation

Proactive and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
