Our multicultural and multilingual team has a wealth of experience in several countries offering citizenship and residency through investment programmes and Relocation services for both Individuals and also assisting Corporate needs.

ROLE

We are looking for an Immigration Lawyer with full understand of the mobility programs related to Portugal.

:

• Manage and support clients in mobility solutions for Portugal through immigration and/or citizenship.
• Develop bespoke solutions and benefit from the support of a 360º team.
• Support and follow-up all legal processes and advisory to the clients, through a partnership and consulting approach.

:

• English and Portuguese: perfect proficiency, written and spoken fluency (mandatory factor).
• Law degree. Experience in immigration area.
• Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association.
• Critical: be able to work autonomously, even though being part of a holistic approach. Will be responsible for his/her projects but will be part of a whole, adapting to an established process reality (open to new inputs).
• Capable to follow a defined roadmap common to the team and department and SOPs targeting incremental efficiency, quality output, and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Portugal mobility programs are key attributes for success in this position.
• Ethic and team player. Ambitious and energetic.
• The ability to design and implement adequate immigration strategies fit to each Client.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong eye for detail and troubleshooting attitude.
