You will support the management of key online retailers, ensuring excellent execution, strong brand visibility and sustainable sales growth across the digital channel.

Description

  • Manage a portfolio of key online customers, including major national e-commerce players;
  • Support the Offline KAM with the digital operations of national retailers, ensuring accurate item setup, updated imagery and strong product visibility;
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance and profitability, contributing to P&L analysis and recommending actions to improve results;
  • Maintain product assortment accuracy, stock information and listings, ensuring flawless execution and timely updates;
  • Optimise listings according to brand guidelines, best-in-class content standards and SEO practices;
  • Coordinate online banners, campaigns and promotional activities to maximise conversion and visibility;
  • Support the planning and implementation of online activations, go-to-market initiatives and digital touchpoints;
  • Build and adapt customer selling stories to support sell-in and customer line reviews;
  • Actively identify and approach new potential e-commerce partners to support channel expansion;
  • Work closely with Marketing to align digital content, product descriptions, imagery and campaign materials;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Digital) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.

Profile

  • Around 2 years of experience in e-commerce, key account management or similar commercial/digital roles;
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO or media management is a strong plus;
  • Solid understanding of online retail dynamics, digital merchandising and marketplace environments;
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and able to support P&L-related analysis;
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience working with performance KPIs;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills;
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
