• Looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant to expand the team.

Description

• Handling and posting incoming invoices, with purchase order, from vendors ensuring that that the materials and services purchased are correctly invoiced by suppliers;
• Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policies;
• Prepare, with supervision, answer to all vendor queries;
• Follow up invoices in approval sending reminders to the responsible persons;
• Participate in the improvement of accounts payable procedures;
• Learn about compliance and regulatory standards in financial transactions;
• Carry out other tasks, not specified above, related to their area of work that are necessary to achieve the objectives of the work group and the organization.

Profile

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related accounting/administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
