We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join the finance team of a multinational company. This role focuses on monthly reporting, reconciliations, and supporting financial statement preparation.

Description

• Document Management & Recording: Organize, classify, and accurately record accounting documents, ensuring completeness, compliance, and proper documentation across all transactions;
• G/L Reconciliation & Sub-Ledger Alignment: Perform General Ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations, ensuring consistency of balances, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues proactively;
• Bank Reconciliation & Cash Validation: Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations, validating cash movements and ensuring alignment between banking data and accounting entries;
• Financial Reporting & Month-End Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly management reports, and supporting analyses, contributing to timely and accurate month-end closing activities;

Profile

What you bring:

• Academic & Technical Background: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, or Management or similar areas;
• Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting roles, including experience with financial reporting and ERP systems (SAP or similar is a plus);
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and good overall IT literacy;
• Communication & Collaboration: Good verbal and written communication skills in English (+B2 level) to work effectively within a team, demonstrating flexibility to support additional analyses and projects;
