You will join a leading organization in the digital health sector, responsible for developing and maintaining technological solutions that support critical clinical and logistical operations across hospital environments. Your New Mission

You will integrate a multidisciplinary team of 15 professionals, including mobile, backend, frontend and integration specialists, working across two functional areas: clinical and logistics. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development, maintenance and evolution of web solutions in .NET, while gaining exposure to the full technological ecosystem: mobile, backend, frontend and integrations.

This role is ideal for someone motivated to learn, grow and build a solid foundation in software development within a complex and highly impactful environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET
• Collaborate with clinical and logistics teams, supporting technical needs
• Integrate and evolve APIs and backend processes
• Work closely with mobile, backend and frontend developers
• Participate in code reviews, technical alignments and best-practice discussions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the product and internal processes
• Support troubleshooting and incident resolution in production environments
• Follow a structured onboarding plan to understand the full technological ecosystem

 

What You Need to Succeed

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Foundations in web development
• Basic knowledge of .NET
• Motivation to learn and evolve technically
• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate
• Proactivity, dynamism and autonomy
• Strong communication skills

 

Nice to Have

• Previous experience (even 6 months) in web development
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• Interest in working on complex products with real impact in healthcare
• Ability to adapt to different functional areas (clinical and logistics)
