We're hiring Java Developers (Senior & Lead) to join a dynamic, team where collaboration, autonomy, and technical excellence are at the core!

Work setup: Hybrid in Lisbon (Mandatory)

You must be living in Portugal (Mandatory)

What we're looking for:

Solid experience in Java (Java 8 or higher)

Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot

Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)

Proficiency in JPA and Hibernate

Understanding of application architecture (Microservices, Hexagonal, etc.)

CI/CD experience

English level B2 or higher

You must have a role model mindset, experience onboarding junior team members, and be comfortable providing technical support to the team.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with Java frontend (Angular or other UI frameworks)

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms ?

Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills

Passion for learning and continuous growth

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
