Are you a tech-savvy communicator who enjoys helping others and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment? Our client is hiring Italian-speaking Tech Support Advisors to join a global team supporting some of the world's top 500 companies across industries like IT, telecommunications, e-commerce, automotive, and financial services.

You will help customers by phone, email, and chat with their questions, orders, or issues, while also supporting sales and keeping track of everything in the system, aiming to keep customers happy and reach set sales goals.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (B2)
• High school Diploma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience in customer support, tech support, or sales is a plus.
