Your New Role
As an IT Team Lead, you will oversee the development and integration of business-critical systems, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead a skilled team, manage projects from conception to delivery, and act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders. This role demands a hands-on approach to system architecture, ERP customisation, and data integration, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimisation of ERP systems, with a strong focus on Sage X3.
- Manage data integration processes using SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS, ensuring accuracy and performance.
- Implement and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Drive best practices in system architecture and ITIL-based service management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business needs.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in system development and operations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading development teams and managing IT projects.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, particularly Sage X3, including configuration and customisation.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, SSRS, and data export services.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and systems (WMS, TMS).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and system integration via Webservices/API.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
