The IT Solutions Architect Power Platform & Copilot will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to support business goals associated to a global digital transformation project. This role is based in Porto and involves leveraging Power Platform and Copilot tools to deliver innovative solutions.

Description

• Act in between a Platform Owner role and an M365 Administrator one;
• Be a key-figure for the Power Platform & Copilot ecosystem;
• Own platform administration, governance, security, compliance, and environment management;
• Support Citizen Developers and business users;
• Drive requirements management with stakeholders;
• Support solution and architecture design discussions;
• Contribute to platform strategy and continuous improvement;
• Remain hands-on and operational rather than focused on people management or pure development roles.

Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in delivering enterprise-scale solution architecture, particular in Power Platform-Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) (Mandatory).
• Min 1 years of experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, and enterprise governance concepts (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in data integration and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and all related technologies.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance frameworks Microsoft Certification (preferred).
• Languages: English; German is a plus
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic and collaborative environments.
