Are you passionate about technology infrastructure and project management? Do you enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing complex initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical IT projects?

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join a leading organization, playing a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic infrastructure initiatives across Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security, and Business Continuity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage infrastructure projects across systems, networks, databases, telecommunications, and information security domains
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Define project scope, priorities, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and milestones, implementing corrective actions whenever required
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate contingency and mitigation plans are in place
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and business continuity requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate infrastructure change management activities and ensure proper documentation of project-related changes
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records, supporting governance and audit requirements
• Ensure CMDB updates and asset tracking throughout project execution
• Prepare project status reports and provide recommendations to management regarding risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams, business areas, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure environments, including Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security, and Business Continuity
• Experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects from planning through delivery
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, Change Management, and IT Governance best practices
• Strong risk management, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• PMP or other Project Management certification
• Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Familiarity with CMDB management processes and tools
• Exposure to infrastructure modernization and transformation projects
• Knowledge of Spanish
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience enhancing governance processes
