Our 4-star hotel unit located in Albufeira is currently recruiting for the position of IT Manager:

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems, and equipment);
• Ensure information security, data protection policies, backups, and access control;
• Coordinate the IT team and provide technical support;
• Plan, implement, and monitor technological projects;
• Manage suppliers and partners of technological services (hardware, software, telecommunications);
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational continuity;
• Identify technological needs and propose improvements to optimize hotel processes;
• Provide efficient support services to internal users;
• Keep up with relevant technological trends in the hospitality sector.

Perfil do Candidato

Candidate Profile:

• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
• High sense of responsibility and autonomy;
• Leadership ability and interest in team coordination;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Availability to travel between units whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (experience in hospitality is an advantage);
• Solid knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity;
• Fluent in English.
