The company where you will be working

You will be a part of the Hays tech team working on the core team of an OEM Auto Industry Provider, impacting directly on the results of their global business

 

Your Tasks

Review contracts, terms & conditions, and MSAs related to IT services, software, and other contracts

Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure that all contracts meet legal requirements and standards

Provide recommendations and suggestions for contract improvements

Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect contracts

 

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field

2+ years of experience in contract review or related field

Knowledge of IT services, software, and general contract terms

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
