Your new role Deal Sourcing & Origination
- Identify and evaluate promising early-stage startups, primarily in B2B SaaS and technology sectors
- Conduct market research and sector mapping to uncover new investment opportunities Build and nurture relationships with founders, accelerators, and the venture ecosystem
Investment Analysis & Execution
- Lead financial modeling, competitive analysis, and due diligence for potential investments
- Prepare and present investment cases to the investment committee
- Support negotiation and execution of investment transactions
Portfolio Support & Value Creation
- Work hands-on with portfolio companies to support growth initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and operational improvements
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist with reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage the company network to help founders solve challenges in hiring, strategy, and scaling
Community Engagement
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business or a related field;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, big4 or a high growth startup environment;
- Deep interest in technology, innovation, and early-stage startups
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
