We are looking for a Intermediate Production Support

MAIN TASKS:

Application Support & Maintenance:

• Ensure application stability, maintainability, and scalability
• Monitor systems and handle incidents according to SLA
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and incident resolution

Technical Testing & Documentation:

• Define and execute non-regression and technical test cases
• Contribute to platform and system testing
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base

Solution Implementation & Coordination:

• Analyze and challenge business requirements
• Define technical solutions and manage implementation
• Lead or coordinate technical activities and validations

Tool & System Expertise:

• Work with packaged and in-house solutions (e.g., CIRIS, PROPHET, custom tools)
• Collaborate with platform operators and technical teams

Process & Communication:

• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Ensure compliance with engineering and security standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (Product Owner, team leads)

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems & Infrastructure: Windows/Linux (Network & Server), VMware (Virtual Machines), Azure and IBM Cloud (Advanced level)
• Programming & Scripting: Java (Intermediate - mandatory); .NET (Entry-level - optional); Python (Basic knowledge - optional); Excel & VBA (Practical level)
• Data & Integration:ETL processes, Informatica (Intermediate - mandatory); SQL / T-SQL (Practical level)
• Transversal Skills: Agile methodologies and ability to work in Agile mode; Practical knowledge of ITIL framework
• Languages: French - B2; English - B2
• Tools: ServiceNow (Practical level); Jira (Practical level); Citrix (Practical level)
• Hybrid role in Porto.
