We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join us in Porto.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver complex, high-impact IT projects across infrastructure, network, cloud, workplace, and ERP domains, with a strong focus on separation and re-integration initiatives
• Develop and execute cutover and migration plans, minimize business disruption during transition phases
• Ensure alignment with organizational readiness, especially around compliance, data integrity, and cybersecurity
• Support the build-up of Mibelle's standalone IT landscape
• Support in defining target IT operating models
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as liaison between IT, business leaders, and external stakeholders across Switzerland, UK, USA and France
• Align technical goals with business outcomes; manage stakeholder expectations and maintain trust during rapid change.
