Your new RoleAs an Identity Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and securing identity lifecycle processes within a dynamic supply chain environment, leveraging Microsoft technologies and ServiceNow.
This role will focus on ensuring seamless and secure access management across onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, while enforcing robust security protocols and managing identity messaging and exchange.
Additionally, you will play a key role in vendor management, coordinating outsourced components of the identity management system to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational standards.
As an Identity Manager you will be responsible for:
Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Develop and implement identity and access management policies, standards, and procedures;
Manage the full identity lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and exits;
Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry regulations.
Security Management:
Implement and maintain security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO);
Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity and access;
Conduct regular audits and reviews of access permissions and security configurations.
System Administration:
Manage and maintain identity management systems and tools, primarily Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow;
Ensure seamless integration between identity systems and enterprise applications;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access systems.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and optimize IAM processes to improve efficiency and security;
Stay current with IAM trends, technologies, and best practices;
Design and deliver training programs on IAM policies and procedures.
Mobile Device Management (MDM):
Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure mobile access to corporate resources;
Define and enforce policies for mobile device usage;
Monitor and respond to mobile-related security incidents.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors delivering outsourced identity services;
Coordinate service delivery and ensure alignment with internal requirements;
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Collaboration and Communication:
Align IAM initiatives with organizational goals in collaboration with the EUS Director and key stakeholders;
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure system compatibility and integration;
Report on IAM activities, metrics, and issues to leadership.
What you'll need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, (Master’s Degree would be a plus);
Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, ITIL Foundation would be a plus;
5 – 7 years of experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, methodologies, and best practices;
- 3 - 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including system administration and integration;
- + 3 years of experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced services;
Professional experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure AD and Microsoft 365);
Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, technologies, and security protocols (multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO));
Solid knowledge of access control, identity lifecycle management, and system integration;
Willingness to stay current with industry trends and advancements in IAM;
High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information securely;
Experience working in multicultural teams and complex organizations;
Ability to work in a fast environment and to manage multiple priorities;
Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
