The IAM Support & Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of identity and access management systems in a financial services environment.

Description

• Support and coordinate periodic access reviews and recertification campaigns, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Operate and maintain IAM platforms (e.g., Omada, Entra ID, Active Directory), including monitoring, reporting, and SLA adherence.
• Ensure proper execution of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain IAM governance frameworks, policies, and technical standards (e.g., AM Directive, ICS).

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in:
  • IAM operations / IGA (Identity Governance & Administration)
  • IT operations or service management
• Hands-on experience with at least two IAM platforms (e.g., Omada IAM, Entra ID, AD).
• Strong understanding of:
  • Access provisioning / de-provisioning
  • RBAC
  • Access certification
  • SSO / MFA
• Experience working with ITSM / ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DORA).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (English required).
