IAM / Identity & Access Management Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Languages: English (B2-C1) - French is a srotng plus

Work model: 2/3 days at the office

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work.

We are looking for an experienced IAM / Identity & Access Management Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving identity and access solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications across the organization. You will work closely with technical and business teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support O365 and Active Directory environments
• Administer and maintain Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Work with RSA and HID platforms for authentication and access control
• Implement and manage IAM solutions, policies, and processes
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, and identity-related issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes and tools

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with O365, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID
• Solid knowledge of IAM concepts and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with RSA and/or HID platforms
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
