Your new role
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Make sure the onboarding and offboarding processes run smoothly.
- Keep all relevant employee information correctly registered and centralized.
- Manage ongoing training processes and encourage the creation of new ones.
- Boost the skills of coordination and leadership profiles through custom-made development programs.
- Take charge of managing the performance evaluation process and making any necessary improvements.
- Manage the current benefits package and tweak it to meet the company's needs.
- Keep an eye on the working hours and cost control for freelance and outsourcing employees.
- Plan and organize cool social events for the company.
- Help out with the salary review process, using updated benchmarking.
- Keep improving the working conditions for both in-office and fully remote employees.
- Come up with cool office design ideas to make employees feel more comfortable at work.
- Listen to the vibes of the social climate and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop the pillar of corporate social responsibility.
- Design and implement a functional career plan for all positions.
- Supervise and work with service providers to handle payroll stuff.
- Create cool actions and communications to promote Employer Branding, especially on LinkedIn.
- Support employees every day by answering questions and helping with documents like contracts and declarations.
- Promote and coordinate stuff between educational institutions and training, like internships and knowledge transfer projects.
- Boost internal communication by keeping the newsletter and other cool tools in check.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar
- 3 - 4 years experience in similar role
- Good English skills
