We are currently conducting a search for an experienced HR Lead to join a regulated financial services organization based in Lisbon.

This role will be responsible for leading the local HR function and supporting the business across all core HR activities.

Previous HR experience within the financial services sector (banking, credit, asset management or other regulated financial environments) is mandatory.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for local hiring needs;
• Support and coordinate performance management processes;
• Oversee training and development initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and internal policies;
• Manage employee relations matters;
• Supervise HR administration and payroll validation;
• Act as the main HR point of contact for local leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience within financial services;
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation;
• Experience in structured and compliance-driven environments;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
