About Us

At AXA GO, our Group Technology Operations (GTO) division is committed to designing, developing, and operating Global IT products that deliver quality service and align with business priorities. Our Corporate Functions Global Products department plays a key role in this mission, focusing on providing end-user global applications across various Corporate & Support Functions.

Your Role:

As a Business Analyst and Service Support Analyst, you'll be central to our Group HRIS program. Reporting to the Product Owner, your responsibilities will span across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support, ensuring a seamless experience for our entities.


Main Responsibilities


  • Post Go-Live Support: Manage ticketing for HR solutions, oversee development requests, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Level 1 Support: Coordinate production instances, prepare dashboards, and manage user access security reviews.
  • Level 2 Support: Handle incident management, referential management, change requests, and provide solutions based on entities' needs.
  • Level 3 Support: Analyze complex issues, support lower-level teams, and implement improvements based on assessment campaigns.


Your Profile


We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Service Support Analyst, particularly in HRIS system implementations in international contexts.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and a robust understanding of data migration, integration, and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in HR technology solutions and tools, including data mapping and integration.


Technical Skill


  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and configuration.
  • Expertise in testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


Soft Skills


  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and persuade stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage time effectively.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
