Implement new human resources procedures

Description

• Support the execution of Recruitment and Selection processes;
• Manage and coordinate training programmes;
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR development programmes;
• Collaborate with the team in conflict management and promoting organisational well-being;
• Participate in the onboarding and induction of new employees;
• Assist with the operational and administrative management of human resources, namely in managing employee equipment.

Profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources, or Psychology;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
