Your New Role

• Act as a key player supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Serve as a trusted partner to both employees and management
• Hands-on role requiring a proactive, empathetic, and highly organized professional

Main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to offer stage)
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
• Support contract management (preparation, updates, and compliance checks)
• Assist with payroll-related tasks in collaboration with external providers or internal teams
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with best practices

What You Need to Succeed

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and employee lifecycle management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy
• Proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
