Report to the HR Director, Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in implementing and running HR strategies, policies and procedures regarding recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training & development, career and succession planning processes, compensation & benefits management.
Description
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment processes for all blue-collar and white collar roles,
- Assist in the development of onboarding process and execution of orientation programs for new employees;
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Factory;
- Support HR Team for providing all kind of reporting and administrative tasks, and keeping HR records in a systematic way;
- Provide and prepare administrative support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly HR related reports and presentations;
- Prepare and keep track of headcount plan and budget and work in cooperation with the department managers;
- Take an active role in conducting research of the strategic HR and new trends/programs that can be applicable for the organization;
- Participate in and provide support SAP HR Modules projects;
- Execute the performance management program for white and blue collar workforce;
- Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment and conduct customer oriented approach at all levels;
- Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization;
- Assist with identifying competency and skills based training needs of the employees;
- Provide support with organizing and follow-up of the training and development programs in-cooperation with line managers and service providers;
- Collaborate with the vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and to acquire young talents for the organization;
- Responsible for Offboarding and termination processes of the positions within scope;
Profile
- Graduated from related fields of universities preferably in HR Management,
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience preferable in Multinational and industrial settings,
- Written and oral fluency in English is an added value;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.),
- Working knowledge of SAP-HR;
- A 'can do' approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description;
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines;
- Capability to anticipate problems by recognizing the key issues in problems and creating contingency plans and alternative solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills combined with good counselling and listening skills.
