As part of its continued expansion in Portugal, it is seeking an HR Generalist to support both strategic and operational people initiatives.

  • This role will play a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, combining hands-on recruitment activities with broader HR generalist responsibilities, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on operational and frontline profiles;
  • Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies through both traditional and alternative channels;
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners;
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires;
  • Support HR administration activities, including contracts, personnel records, and employee documentation;
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, absenteeism management, and disciplinary processes;
  • Ensure compliance with Portuguese labour legislation and applicable collective agreements;
  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact across the business.

Perfil desejado

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a HR Generalist role;
  • Proven experience recruiting operational or blue-collar profiles;
  • Solid knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law and HR best practices;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
  • Exposure to international organisations and matrix reporting structures;
  • Experience recruiting multilingual talent or hard-to-find operational profiles.
