A multinational company in the Energy sector is looking to strengthen its HR team by hiring an HR Generalist (m/f/d) for the Oeiras area.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing HR operations in Portugal, ensuring end-to-end processes across the employee life cycle, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and legal compliance.
You will act as the main point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring the proper implementation of HR policies and alignment with global strategy, while also supporting international initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
What you will need to succeed
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role within a multinational environment;
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law and payroll processes;
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Autonomous, well-organized, and solution-oriented profile, able to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
