The Company You Will Work For

You will join a leading multinational company in the consulting sector. This is a highly international environment with global teams. This is a temporary opportunity (9 to 12 months), within a critical role to ensure the continuity of HR operations.

Your New Role

• Prepare and process employee documentation (hires, promotions, transfers, exits, and changes)
• Manage complex documentation requests (certificates, references, and visa invitation letters)
• Use sound judgment to resolve non-routine situations and manage escalations
• Support team members with expert knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
• Support background verification processes and onboarding communications
• Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards
• Produce employee data reports (e.g., distribution lists, anniversaries, milestones)
• Conduct regular audits, identify improvements, and contribute proactively to quality enhancement

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
• Solid experience in HR process management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Strong decision-making skills and team collaboration mindset
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge across multicultural teams
