Adecco Recruitment is hiring an HR Development professional for an industrial group that is a reference in its sector, with a strong global presence and an organizational culture driven by innovation. The role will be based in Viseu.
This professional will have a generalist role, working closely with the business and maintaining strong interaction with operational teams. More than a traditional role, this position involves actively contributing to the evolution of the local organizational culture, aligned with HR practices at an Iberian and European level.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Recruitment & Selection processes
- Monitor performance management cycles
- Design and implement training and development initiatives
- Manage offboarding processes and employee experience
- Analyze, process, and report HR data
- Support the implementation of group HR policies and projects
- Participate in cross-functional international projects
- Work closely with teams, promoting continuous improvement and critical thinking
Onboarding program
Before taking on the role in Portugal, the selected candidate will participate in an international training program (approximately 6 months) across different group locations in Spain (fully funded).
