About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our client's team on a fixed-term basis. This role will support a major organizational transition, ensuring compliance, clarity, and empathy throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review documentation related to organizational changes in line with Portugal labor law and company policies.
Brief and coach managers on process, communication, and best practices.
Support sensitive employee conversations with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for compliance purposes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to safeguard a positive employee experience during change.
What do you need to succeed?
Strong knowledge of Portugal labor law and HR compliance requirements.
Knowledge of other countries’ labor law is highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing organizational change or redundancy processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
High level of discretion and integrity.
Language: English (mandatory), Portugal (preferred).
