The HR Administrative Officer will support the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in HR processes within the Technology & Telecoms industry.

You will join a team of 7 people : the manager, 2 HR administrative officers, 2 Finance administrative officers and 2 Procurement administrative officers.
In 2026 team will grow to 9 people.
????? Your responsibilities
- HR administration: managing contracts, amendments, and mandatory documents; handling administrative tasks such as absences, sick leaves, and other employee records.
- Recruitment support: helping with the recruitment process (job offers, contracts, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up).
- Operational HR support: ensuring accurate data and compliance in HR systems, monitoring absences, and updating employee files.
- Communication: being a point of contact for employees and managers, answering HR-related questions, and supporting HR Business Partners in Switzerland.
- Reporting & analytics: preparing reports, monitoring HR data, and providing dashboards for management.
- Process improvement: contributing to HR projects, transversal initiatives, and continuous improvement.
