IT support in several activities to demand brilliant experiences to their clients.
Your new role:
Prepare HR documents, e.g. contracts, work certificates, etc;
Organize and maintain personnel records and database;
Liaise with external partners, like insurance providers, and ensure legal compliance;
Support HRBP team with reports and relevant HR information;
Support with onboarding and offboarding processes;
Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues;
Assist the payroll department with relevant data (e.g. absenteeism, leaves, work schedule, offboard data).
What you need to be successful:
Fluent in English (C1);
Previous relevant experience in similar tasks;
Good knowledge in Excel is valued;
Proactivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
