Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities will depend on the position and may include:
- Welcoming and assisting hotel guests professionally
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders
- Preparing food, pizzas, desserts, and other menu items
- Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with daily operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens, rooms, and common areas
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Managing front-desk and guest-service activities
- Supporting hotel transportation and driving duties where applicable
- Maintaining safety and security standards within the hotel
- Working closely with colleagues across different hotel departments
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Motivated, reliable, and responsible
- Customer-focused and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours and shifts
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Experienced in hospitality where required for the specific position
- Willing to learn and develop professionally
- Able to communicate in English or another relevant language; German is an advantage
- In possession of a valid passport or national identity document
- Legally eligible to work in Switzerland or able to obtain the required authorization
