Your new role
Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to join their dynamic and expanding team. You’ll support the delivery of people service's in all areas of the employee life cycle. In this role, you'll be part of a growing cross-functional HR team, immersing yourself in the fast-paced world of medical technology and healthcare. You will be responsible for a variety of HR administration tasks including recruitment, onboarding and managing HR related documents through the employee lifecycle.
- Recruitment: Writing advertisements and placing them on job boards, contacting candidates and conducting initial screening of conditions, monitoring applications, negative responses, pre-qualifying candidates.
- Employee onboarding and lifecycle administrative processes include contracts, references, promotions, or other changes.
- Organizing the induction of a new employee in collaboration with the recruiting manager and conducting induction meetings with new hires and managing the probationary review process.
- Personnel administration: recruitment formalities, making changes in WD/updating personnel files with scanned documents; monitoring of health insurance memberships; taking charge of monitoring trial periods. Drafting HR letter templates, preparing various letters. Day-to-day administrative management.
- Training: Search for service providers, logistical planning.
- Accurate HR system data entry (Workday + Nibelis), with maintenance of electronic employee files, monitoring data quality/accuracy and compliance.
- Monitoring holidays, probationary periods, sickness/absence, time attendance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible for off-boarding processes with leavers.
- Additional tasks are required from time-to-time that fall within the scope of the individual’s skills and experience.
What you need to be successful
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (instructing payroll, HR operations, recruitment)
- Knowledge of an HRIS system (Workday and Nibelis an advantage)
- Fluent in verbal and written English and French.
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential and very sensitive information.
- Organized, efficient and with excellent time management skills.
- Focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
