About the Role

As Head of Finance, you will lead our financial strategy, operations, and growth. You will design scalable financial processes, ensure liquidity, and partner with leadership to enable BigGroup's ambitious goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the finance area of a fast-scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Ensure liquidity, optimize cash flow, and secure financing to fuel growth.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support capital-raising initiatives and communicate financial performance to key stakeholders (investors, banks, board).
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Financial Operations & Compliance: Oversee processes, audits, and risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in senior financial roles. Experience in technology-driven or scaling companies is a plus.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for financial operations and reporting.
