What we're looking for
We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you'll lead growth initiatives and drive meaningful partnerships that increase user acquisition, engagement, and long-term value. This position is 100% on-site at our office in Braga, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute data-driven strategies to drive user growth, retention, and revenue generation.
- Identify and manage partnerships with platforms, communities, content creators, and B2B clients to expand our reach and value proposition.
- Plan, launch, and analyze growth campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, referral, product-led growth).
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, churn) and adjust strategy based on results.
- Lead A/B tests and user journey experiments to improve conversion and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align growth efforts with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and discover partnership opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize CRM flows for both user and partner engagement.
- Represent the company at relevant events and networking opportunities to promote strategic alliances.
Who are you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in Growth, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in a tech or digital-first company.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel.
- Track record of planning and executing successful growth campaigns and partnership deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset - comfortable switching between high-level planning and execution.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bonus Points- Experience working in or with startups or scaleups.
- Familiarity with CRM, automation, or performance marketing platforms.
- Strong interest in digital innovation, new technologies, and scalable business models.
