As the Group Payroll Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact between external Payroll providers/partners, and the local HR Payroll teams, spread through 14 countries. You will be responsible for overseeing the providers' KPIs and for working together with them to establish mitigation plans concerning any issue or improvements needed.
Description
The Group payroll project manager has 2 main responsibilities :
- Coordinate the monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and the Euronext payroll partners based in different countries, managing some payroll activities in especially in small countries.
- Ensure the management, accuracy, and security of all HR Payroll-related data within the organization. As such, playing a critical role in ensuring that the data supports the company's strategic goals and complies with legal and regulatory requirements
Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Ideally over 5 years' experience in a HR data management & payroll follow up
- Understanding of payroll specificities
- Experience as a Project Manager is valuable - experience managing external providers
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline driven
- Proven experience in a data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English - mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
