Work as a GRC Consultant in a Global Cybersecurity Environment!

 

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, risk, and compliance? Do you enjoy working on critical projects that help organizations strengthen their security posture and meet regulatory requirements?

 

We are looking for a GRC Consultant to join a leading technology consulting company, specialized in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity, working on high-impact cybersecurity projects in an international environment. 

 

Location Lisbon (Hybrid)

Type Permanent contract directly with the client

 

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and improvement of Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks
• Identify, assess, and monitor information security and IT risks
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and security controls
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, DORA, others)
• Support internal and external audits and compliance assessments
• Contribute to third-party risk management and due diligence processes
• Monitor risk indicators and support reporting to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security and compliance practices
• Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, regulations, and best practices

 

Mandatory Requirements

• 3 years of experience in GRC, IT Risk, or Information Security
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar
• Experience supporting audits and risk assessments
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English

 

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Experience in consulting environments
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA)
• Experience with third-party risk management
• Fluency in Portuguese
